Nick Plotnek Associates is a surveying, valuing and property management practice established in Birmingham in 1993, headed by Nick Plotnek llb, a local surveyor with over 26 years experience.
What We Do
The property rights of leaseholders are stronger than ever, but the complexity of the law and the procedures involved can make securing those rights a daunting and stressful prospect.
